Credit Usage Restrictions

  2. Credits have no monetary or cash value and cannot be exchanged, converted, or redeemed for cash, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any other form of currency or financial instrument

  5. Daily check-in rewards and promotional credits are provided at the sole discretion of Bnn AI and are subject to the same usage restrictions as purchased credits
  6. Unused credits from subscriptions may expire according to the terms of your subscription plan
  7. Bnn AI reserves the right to modify credit values, earning rates, consumption rates, and expiration policies at any time with reasonable notice
  8. In the event of account termination due to violation of these Terms, any remaining credits (including purchased credits) may be forfeited without refund

No Earning Opportunity

Bnn AI does not offer any program, feature, or mechanism that allows users to earn money, generate income, or receive financial returns through the use of credits or any other platform feature. Any representation to the contrary is unauthorized and false.

Prohibited Uses and Content Restrictions

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Bnn AI for any of the following purposes:

  1. Illegal Activities: Using the platform to generate content that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  2. Fraud and Deception: Creating deepfakes, impersonating real individuals, or generating content intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead others
  3. Harassment and Abuse: Generating content intended to harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, or harm any individual or group
  4. Spam and Manipulation: Using automated tools or scripts to abuse the platform, generate excessive requests, or manipulate platform systems
  5. Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other user accounts, or any connected systems
  6. Circumvention: Attempting to bypass content filters, safety mechanisms, rate limits, or any other protective measures implemented on the platform
  7. Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the source code or underlying algorithms of the platform or any third-party AI models accessed through the platform
  8. Resale Without Authorization: Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing access to the platform or its outputs without prior written consent from Bnn AI

Content Restrictions and Standards

You must not use Bnn AI to create, upload, or distribute content that:
